Don’t you sometimes wonder?
if the world is stationed
on a giant big turtle
moving slow and steady
across the galaxy far far away.
Don’t you sometimes wonder?
if that turtle is you
shaped in the form of a human
maybe the universe holds inside you
the suns, the moons and the stars
a gazillion lives living in you.
Don’t you sometimes wonder?
how fragile and futile life is
because you are tiny speck
if seen from an outer space
but then life is astounding
witnessing the miracle of motion
from this tiny pond you know.
Don’t you sometimes wonder?
about the lives and energy
that surrounds you everyday
you are part of something grand
that is yet to reveal itself
and all lives and living
have their own purpose and flair.
Don’t you sometimes wonder?
about the things you could see
not with these eyes but something else
the world is yet to unfold
it’s magic and splendor
there’s so much we don’t understand
there’s so much we are yet to comprehend.
