Impermanence
When in worry
reflect on impermanence
your worry is sure to transcend
transcend into something
new.
Feelings, don’t stay the same
happiness can turn to sadness
likewise for all that we go through.
Let time have its reign
so don’t let worry blurry you.
When in power
reflect on impermanence
things that gather will be lost.
Beauty can turn to mold and rust
life is but up and down
don’t let things get into your head
but stay grounded and humble.
Life is much bigger than you
always in motion into something new
impermanence is constant and moving
bringing change to all
forms, feelings and suppositions,
nothing stays the same.
Things are bound to change
isn’t that a relief?
isn’t it a comfort?
I feel the hand of universe
holding me in,
when I comprehend
the nature of impermanence.
