Fragmented Yesterday

I look back and smile
One moment that I remember
Us in comfort's arm
Soft grass coils us
It’s 12 noon and we eagerly wait
To open our lunch boxes

So the seventh and eight periods drags away
Waiting for my brother beside the gate
Together we walk back home
Our simple day is done
But heaven cries out again
Under those hazy color of gray
Sending shower of sweet delight
We were young then
Our mind an innocent clown
So we take off the black and blue
And start a tribal dance
Digging our feet into the mud and the puddle
Screaming out careless into the air
A part of us lost in rain
I cry out loud
As I see a white falcon fly
Together we battle a wish.
